Cancellation Policy

At Deea Boutique Spa, we understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Free Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 48 hours preceding your scheduled time.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Fee: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.

This policy allows us to manage our appointment schedule and ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, including you.
