We strive to pack and ship all orders within 2 – 3 working days after payment is received. We provide both local and international shipping.
Once your order leave the warehouse we will notify you by email along with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia/PosLaju. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabout, you need to contact your local Poslaju office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603 – 27279100 (Overseas).
Shipping Within Malaysia
All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju. Poslaju is Malaysia’s Express Mail Service and delivers within 2 – 5 business days. Signature will be required when you received the parcel. All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel. Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be display at the end of the order process. Please take note that Tracking number will be given once posted. If addressee is not available by the time POS Laju at his/her place, we advise her/him to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us.
For International Order, please email us at email@example.com. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
